Day wise Tour Itinerary
Welcome to Leh, where the air is fresh and the scenery endless! Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you’ll be taken to your hotel. After checking in, take some time to unwind before heading out on a sightseeing tour of Leh. Explore the majestic Leh Palace, enjoy the panoramic views from Shanti Stupa, and stroll through the bustling Leh Market. At the end of the day, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay. Please note that the vehicle provided will accommodate the group size.
In the morning, get ready for an exciting trip to Sham Valley. Your first stop will be at Sangam point, where two rivers meet. Then, visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and the famous Magnetic Hill. You’ll also see SECMOL, the school featured in the movie ‘3 Idiots’, known for helping students who struggled in traditional schools. If you’re up for it, you can also try White Water Rafting before returning to your hotel in Leh for a comfortable overnight stay.
After checking out, hop on your transfer to the cold deserts of Nubra Valley via the stunning Khardung La Pass. Stop at the South Pullu checkpost for a break and enjoy some hot Maggi at Rinchen cafe, which sits on one of the highest motorable passes. Then, visit the famous Diskit Monastery and see the impressive statue of Maitreya Buddha. Have an adventurous ATV ride in the Hunder Sand Dunes before reaching the campsite in Nubra for check-in and an overnight stay.
Pangong lake. Your journey will offer spectacular views of the famous Ladakhi peaks. As you continue your journey towards Pangong, you will come across several streams & make a stop at one of the charming Ladakhi village along the banks of Shyok river. Once you arrive at Pangong lake, settle into your camp & head out for a stroll along the Pangong lake. Enjoy the ever changing hues of this saltwater lake with the majestic Himalayas in the backdrop.
After checking out from your camp at Pangong Tso, start your journey back to Leh, crossing the stunning Chang La Pass. Take a moment to soak in the peaceful atmosphere at Chang La Baba temple along the way. Visit the Druk Padma Karpo School, where scenes from the movie ‘3 Idiots’ were filmed. Then, stop by Thiksey Monastery to learn about the Buddhist culture in Ladakh. Finally, arrive in Leh and relax at your hotel for a well-deserved rest.
Post check-out, you will get transferred to the Leh airport from your hotel. With one last look of the towering peaks, bid farewell to Ladakh and board your flight back home. This marks the end of your trip.
