Day wise Tour Itinerary
Welcome to Ladakh! Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you’ll be driven to your pre-booked hotel. After checking in, take some time to relax before starting your Leh city sightseeing tour. Visit the impressive Leh Palace, then head to the serene Shanti Stupa. Later, explore the bustling Leh Market, where you can shop for souvenirs and local crafts. After your tour, you’ll be taken back to your hotel for an overnight stay. Note: The vehicle provided will match the group size.
Get set for an adventure as you journey from Leh to Sham Valley. Your group will explore the renowned Sangam point, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and the intriguing Magnetic Hill. Then, visit SECMOL, the school from the famous Bollywood movie “3 Idiots”, known for its approach to students who didn’t pass conventional exams. After this exciting day, you can also try thrilling White Water Rafting before heading back to your hotel in Leh for an overnight stay.
After checking out, your group will head to Nubra Valley, approximately 150 km from Leh. You’ll pass through Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable mountain pass in the world, and see landmarks like the 32-meter tall Buddha statue and the ancient Diskit Monastery. Then, you can choose to ride double-humped camels or exciting ATVs in Hunder. Once you reach Nubra, you’ll check in to your camp for an overnight stay.
Say goodbye to Nubra and get ready for an adventure to Pangong Lake. Although the journey may have some challenges with streams along the way, the stunning destination makes it all worthwhile. Once you arrive at Pangong Lake, settle into your camp and immerse yourself in its breathtaking atmosphere. Spend the day marveling at the lake’s famous color-changing beauty, which will leave you in awe with every glance.
As you say goodbye to the stunning Pangong Lake, start your trip back to Leh. Take a break to admire the beauty of Chang La Pass, one of the highest passes in the world. Along the way, visit Thiksey Monastery, a magnificent twelve-storey complex filled with Buddhist art, giving you a peek into Ladakhi culture. Keep the adventure going with a stop at the ‘Rancho School’, made famous in the movie ‘3 Idiots.’ Once you reach Leh, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, set off on a full-day tour to Stok Village. Enjoy a picturesque drive through Ladakh’s beautiful passes until you reach the charming Stok Village. Explore the village to learn about Ladakh’s rich history, heritage, and culture. Have a taste of local Ladakhi cuisine at a traditional dhaba before visiting Sindhu Ghat. Discover the historic Stok Palace and the impressive Stok Kangri region. Finally, return to the hotel with the group at the end of the day.
